Introduction
Vgate vLinker MC+ is a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter for compatible diagnostic applications on iOS, Android and Windows. Alongside standard OBD2 communication, it supports SW-CAN for GM and MS-CAN for Ford where the application and vehicle allow access.

App & Connectivity
Use a compatible third-party diagnostic app. The adapter supplies the vehicle connection; software functions and any app licence are separate. On iOS, select the BLE adapter inside the diagnostic app rather than pairing it in the phone’s Bluetooth settings.
Vehicle Coverage
Standard OBD2 functions depend on the vehicle’s OBD2 compliance. Access to GM or Ford manufacturer-specific modules requires a compatible vehicle and app; the presence of SW-CAN or MS-CAN does not guarantee every service or coding function.
Protocols & Technologies
Supports standard OBD2 protocols plus SW-CAN and MS-CAN. The adapter supports up to 1024-byte OBD requests, a data buffer up to 2 KB and a UART baud rate up to 500 Kbps.
Software & Updates
Online firmware updates are supported for genuine adapters. Diagnostic apps, advanced features and any paid app licences are not included with the adapter.
